Cig Borek (Raw Pie or Tatar Pie)


Turkish Dishes: Cig Borek (Raw Pie or Tatar Pie)  and ofcourse Ayran (Yoghurt Drink) near by it





 What will you need:
Minced (lamp)meat 400gr
1 big onion, chopped
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon Black pepper

For Dough
1 kg flour, all purpose
1 tablespoon, fresh yeast
1 tablespoon salt
and sufficient water to make soft dough which you should allow to rest for about 30 minutes.

How to prepare:
Divide the dough pieces as big as walnut .With rolling pin, shape the dough pieces as round as the size of tea plate. Spread the minced meat mixture on the dough. Form half-circle to close the dough with meat inside. Close the edge.
